Circuit & Weight Training/Plyometric Workouts From Hell |
These are a series of 30-minutes workouts guaranteed to raise the heart rate of most humans. I am not speaking for the small contingent of disgustingly strong and accomplished athletes that shrug at completing half-ironmans and so forth. (There are more where these came from, but I haven't documented them yet.) For all weight exercises, lift heavy enough that you are feeling it by rep #7 or #8.
