Ok. My trainer was feeling particularly sadistic when she came up with this one. Damn! She just LOOKS like she's nice.

Perform all exercises with minimal rest.

pulse squats90 secondsStand sideways on a step bench set at lowest height. Go into a squat. Step one foot to floor, still in squat. Come up halfway 3 times, in a pulsing motion. Bring foot back to bench, then step off other side, and repeat. Never come up out of partial squat.
resist band pullback8 timesThrow resist band with handles around waist. Trainer stands behind you, grabs handles, and has you "run" pulling him/her around behind you. Drag trainer eight times around series of cones.
bosu squats90 secondsStand on flat side of Bosu ball and repeatedly go into squat and return to standing.
mountain climbers90 secondsPlace core board at end of sliding board. Stand on slippers. Put hands on core board and do mountain climbers, sliding feet back and forth. Take break at 45 seconds, repeat.
sit-ups90 secondsSit on floor holding medicine ball. Perform crunches while reaching towards ceiling with medicine ball.
kettlebell swing90 secondsGrasp kettlebell with both hands and stand in squat, with bell hanging in front of you. Stand up, and swing bell over head as you stand. Keep arms straight.
